School Space provides a comprehensive lettings package. Our business model is based on ensuring no disruption to the school’s primary focus: education.
We work to use your facilities to engage with the local community, providing extra income for your school by filling it with community lettings outside school hours.
We seek to work within the existing structure to support the school financially and cement its position within the local community.
How it works
Everything we do is based around working with schools. We understand every school is different, and although extra income is welcome, it needs to work alongside the school’s existing structure.
We have a comprehensive lettings system, which means we take care of all aspects. From marketing the school venues to checking out customer insurance, to taking payment and deposits in advance, we handle all customer and school needs. Our staff meet and greet all our customers, but also check the venue after every booking to ensure it is left in the condition it was found, ready for the school day.
We understand schools come first, which means lettings work around commitments such as parents evenings and the school day itself. We work on a revenue split basis, which means no up front investment or financial risk from your school.
